Developed merchandising, acquisition, divestiture, and expansion strategies. Developed budget projections and proformas on new locations. Directed the closing of 7 existing stores and the opening of 16 new facilities. Implemented an extensive remodeling and merchandising program for all company units. Activities resulted in increasing average store sales by 18%.
