Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a senior java developer with GRAILS expertise.
We have an immediate opening for strong developers with 0-3 years of experience OR freshers with good java/j2ee/Grails knowledge, to help us deliver the next generation recruiting platform on the cloud.

Key requirements include:

• Java, GORM, Grails, Hibernate, J2EE
• SQL,
• HTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX
• Architecture and software design.
• Working knowledge of any version control systems.(Ex: GIT/SVN etc)
• Comfortable using / learning new technology
• Automating build, configuration and Unit/Integration Testing.
• Experience developing consumer web applications.
• In-depth knowledge of social networking / new media websites.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Other areas that would be nice to have background in:

• AJAX, JQuery
• Cross-platform Mobile development
• Tomcat, Linux
• In-depth knowledge of social networking / new media websites.
