- Responsible for directing all customers to the appropriate queue.
- Escalates appropriate customer issues.
- Maintains assigned Quality Assurance average.
- Basic telephone etiquette skills.
- Basic knowledge of Dell products, customer service, policies and procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer handling skills.
- Should be open to work in rotational shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
- Should be open to relocate to Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates.( relocation assistance provided )
- Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
