Job Description:

• Responsible for directing all customers to the appropriate queue.
• Escalates appropriate customer issues.
• Maintains assigned Quality Assurance average.
• Basic telephone etiquette skills.
• Basic knowledge of Dell products, customer service, policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer handling skills.

Desired Profile:

• Should be open to work in rotational shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English.
• Should be open to relocate to Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates.( relocation assistance provided )
• Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
• Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply .
