• 1. Must have basic understanding of SEO and how search engines work
• 2. Must have experience in working on web technologies such as XML, ASP, PHP, .NET, CFM or JSP
• 3. Solid knowledge and skills with HTML, JavaScript and CSS
• 4. Experience with database practices and procedures
• 5. Basic graphic designing ability
• 6. Must be proficient in spoken and written English
• 7. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• 8. Demonstrated ability to create, document and implement work-flow processes and influence change
• 9. A good portfolio of your past work that demonstrates your ability and proves your motivation and enthusiasm for what you do
• 10. The perfect candidate will have 1 year experience in developing and managing web development projects
