Job Description
Online Marketing Executives, SEO, Link Builders,
1. Planning, developing, implementing and managing SEO, PPC, email marketing and other types of online marketing campaigns like link building, article submission, Social Bookmarking
2 Responsible for monitoring search engine marketing initiatives
3. Involved in the development and implementation of the corporate e-commerce strategy
4. Candidates will be given adequate training during the probationary phase.

WEB DESIGNER
The candidate should be creative and capable to work on new website designs with Web 2.0 Standards.
1. Adequate knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Image Ready and Dream Weaver, HTML/CSS.
2. Should be capable of handling the web designing projects
3. Knowledge in Flash, Action Scripting, Web2.0, XHTML will be an added advantage
4. Should have excellent knowledge of CSS, XHTML & W3C Standards.
5. Should have advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash & Illustrator.

PHP/MYSQL Coders
1. Rich experience in PHP MySQL, Ajax, XML, CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc.), Smarty and other widely used open-source models.
2. Ability to handle a Team.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Understanding Client requirements, designing, coding and delivery

Desired Candidate Profile
Online Marketing, Link Builders, SEO’s
1. Excellent communication and team management skills.
2. The ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
3. Highly motivated self starter
4. Good basic understanding of SEO and ROI
5. Proven email marketing skills

Web/Graphics Designer
1. Strong working knowledge of XHTML/DIV, CSS & W3C.
2. Expert in designing Tableless structures (Web 2.0 Standards).
3. Expert in Photoshop, Dreamweaver & Flash Designing.
4. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Knowledge of JavaScript would be a bonus

PHP/Ajax Coder
1. Organized , Pro-active with excellent analytic skills. Ability to think out-of-the-box solutions.
2. Proven expertise in handling a team of programmers.
3. Knowledge of AJAX, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal will be an added advantage.
4. Must have atleast 1 yr exp in any PHP Environment. Must know how to work in team and handle projects
