Job Interview Placement Paper

Aptitude and then hr Interview for short listed candidate depending upon aptitude test was done.

Pre-Placement Talks: in this session they give information about their company. pays and perks, company values, career growth and life at infosys with a help of a small video. listen some points about their values and work ethics as it may help in your interview a lot.though we were not paying full attention to the same but listen some points which proved helpful during interview.

Aptitude Test: Aptitude test consists of two parts first part consist of verbal, non verbal, reasoning, quantitative section. And second part consist of English section which includes comprehension, jumbled up etc. the time allotted for the test is 70 minutes and dere are around 65 questions.
So don't waste ur time in tough questions and try once ail d easy questions are attempted den try difficult questions. dare are no negative marks so try do do max questions. the questions are quiet easy .practice them before appearing as it may reduce solving time. use some god boxes r.s aggarawal etc. English section is also easy and can be cracked if the person has good command over English section comprehension passages are long but very easy so don't leave demur can easily find the ans form initial line inlay.

HR interview: Short listed candidates are called for interview on d same day. try to remain cool and normal in the interview:

My Question in d interview were:

• Tell me something about your self.
• Your hobbies.
• I was general secretary in college so i was asked about my work under the same.
• Why to join infosys
• Whether want to do higher studies?
• How advance do you prepare for your exams?
• It continued for 25 minutes and them she shays thanks and i left the hall.
• Result was declared after 15 days and i was got selected.
• In infosys once you are short listed for interview them probability of your selection becomes 90%.so remain cool and normal in the interview and try to show your best.
